The world is a social place. We play, live and die with others.  It could be said that the meaning of life is simply others. What we do with them, for them and through them defines who we are often in a better way than any mission we define for ourselves.

Leaders are no exception. Leaders of all kind are only as effective as the people they lead. The latter, often save the formers from themselves. If only leaders would listen : )
